Peel back the plastic film to reveal your bling zone.

Pick a letter or symbol from the canvas. Start wherever feels right.

Find the matching gem bag using the color chart. Each symbol matches a pre-labeled bag — easy peasy.

Pour gems into the tray and shake gently. They’ll line up for easy picking.

Press the pen tip into the wax. Wipe off any excess — just a little goes a long way.

Pick up a gem (or a few!) using the pen with the single-placer or multi-placer tip. Use whatever method makes it fun.

Place the gem on the matching symbol. Repeat until you’re done.

Bling accomplished! Your canvas is complete and it’s a total gem.

Gem Colors vs. Print: Blingkitybites gems sparkle way more than the ink on your canvas and sticker chart, so the colors will not match perfectly. This is completely normal. Just follow the DMC numbers and you will be right on track.

Resin Square Gems: Our square resin gems shine beautifully. A few may have tiny imperfect edges and that is totally expected for resin diamonds. We include plenty of extras so you can toss any duds and keep your artwork looking flawless.

Kitting Up: Each gem bag is labeled with its DMC number. You will match those numbers with the symbol stickers during setup. This is a quick and common step in diamond painting, and once you are kitted up, you are ready to sparkle.

The Blingkitybites Color Crew: All canvases in this kit use the same set of gem colors, which is why the gems are packed together as one unit. These minis are designed to be enjoyed as a complete collection, not separated into individual gift kits.

We ship your sparkly goodies within 2–3 business days, and most U.S. orders arrive in about 3–7 business days. Every package includes USPS tracking so you can follow your gems all the way home.

If you order through Amazon Prime, Amazon will handle all shipping and delivery, and arrival times will follow Amazon’s schedule.

Pre-orders, when available, take a little longer because the magic is still being made. We will email you the moment they are on the move.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We will always try our best to help if something goes wrong, but there is a limit to what we can do if the address is incorrect or if USPS marks a package as delivered. Once your order is with USPS, delivery timing and handling are outside our control.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are growing in small steps and hope to expand internationally soon.

We want you to love every Blingkitybites kit you bring home. If something is not right, we are here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date, as long as the kit is completely unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging with all seals fully intact. Because our kits contain adhesive canvases, printed guides, and precisely counted gem bags, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used in any way. Partial returns are not accepted.

Some products are final sale, such as mystery kits, special editions, clearance items, and gift cards. These will always be clearly marked on the product page.

If you need to start a return, email us at hello@blingkitybites.com with your order number, photos, and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds are issued once the returned kit arrives back in brand-new condition. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, and orders that originally qualified for free shipping may have the outbound shipping cost deducted.

If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and help. We do not stock replacement rhinestones, tools, or materials, so missing-part issues will require the full kit to be returned for a refund.
