REACHING OUT ABOUT AN ORDER?
Please include your order number so we can pull it up fast.
If your goodies arrive with a problem, send clear photos so we can get you back to sparkling as quickly as possible.
Quick heads up: we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase (including cancellations and address updates), and we can’t combine separate orders.
Also, discount codes must be applied at checkout. Once an order is placed, we’re not able to add a code retroactively or refund the difference if a code was missed. We know that can be a bummer, so please double-check your cart before you hit checkout to make sure your promo is applied.
